Florida Statute ยง 626.949 provides that any person who, with the intent to defraud or knowing that he or she is facilitating a fraud against an insurer, presents or causes to be presented any oral or written statement as part of, or in support of, an application for insurance or claim for payment or other benefit, knowing that such statement contains false, incomplete, or misleading information concerning any fact or thing material to such application or claim, is guilty of insurance fraud. Insurance fraud is a felony of the second degree, punishable by fine not exceeding $10,000 and imprisonment not exceeding 15 years. If the value of the claim presented is less than $20,000, insurance fraud is a felony of the third degree.

Contract Requirements (Florida Law)
All public adjuster contracts must be:
- In writing and titled "Public Adjuster Contract"
- In at least 12-point type font
- Include the specific fee or percentage charged
- Include your right to cancel within 3 business days
- Include our full name, address, phone, email, and license number
- Include the fraud statement required by Florida law
Prohibited Practices
All Weather Public Adjusters does NOT:
- Make misleading or deceptive statements in advertising
- Solicit business within 48 hours after an emergency or disaster
- Conduct door-to-door solicitation between 8 PM and 8 AM
- Encourage or assist with false or fraudulent claims
- Share client information with insurance companies without permission

- Cancel your contract within 3 business days without penalty
- Request a detailed written estimate of your damages
